New Ability Charge display on the HUD.
New skillcard: Specialize.
Stone Caller stone blocks now self-destruct if their creator is not nearby.
Added card art for Written Word.
Added new sounds to Shockwave and Stone Caller.
Increased Inferno's mana cost from 1 -> 2.
Reduced Inferno's self-burn from 2 -> 1.
Increase Inferno's base radius from 3 -> 3.25.
Reduced Tribow's reload time from 2 -> 1.75 seconds.
Curse of Slow-Mo's slow-mo is now canceled when taking damage. (Requested by Aewynne.)
Dying and being revived now removes any stacks of Chill. (Reported by Conrat.)
Fixed Windwaltz not working with Block.
Fixed self-inflicted Burn not dealing damage. (Reported by Aewynne.)
Fixed Recall VFX not following the user.
Fixed all instances of a seal type being removed when a seal cube is destroyed.
