- make game difficulty affect object glow-frequency and glow-distance (the distance at which objects start glowing)
- at easy difficulty, items will glow more frequently and at a greater distance
- at easy difficulty, items will glow more frequently and at a greater distance
- add mini-stun mechanic
- upon receiving damage, zombies will be mini-stunned
- the duration of the stun depends on:
- i. weapon type (heavy weapons add more stun time)
- ii. enemy type (fallen are stunned for less time than others)
- iii. headshot/sneak-attack

- improve fast zombie approach&attack AI

- add blood pools to recently killed zombies
