Added: Animated arrows for Map Fragment.
Fixed: Challenge Barkeeper in Obstacles library.
Fixed: Blocker Crab ignores Health reduce attacks.
Fixed: Goat Horn and Spiked Hammer that target the same enemy can revoke each others effect.
Fixed: Iron Pauldrons don't block Burn.
