-Fixed bug where completing the game normally would not save your completion progress
-Removed safe load option since it was confirmed to not help with users experiencing long black screen loads. Will continue to investigate and work with these users
-Added toggle option in controls to disable mouse scroll wheel weapons swap
-Removed "permanent" from the Sinful Offering description to avoid confusion. Stats increased by the sinful offering only apply to that character for that run
-Added spikes and skull to the first maw of sin death hole to make it a more clear danger
