Added settings for disabling damage, experience and healing numbers using separate toggles in settings
Ability Damage Type is now mentioned as part of the ability name when choosing upgrades
Stat descriptions are now shown per upgrade in Permanent Upgrades
Equipment confirm window now shows stat descriptions
Resized permanent upgrade window to utilize more space which helps for controller/gamepads
Locked heroes now still show up as "locked" in character selection
Added a Blood overlay that now flashes when taking hits
- overlay also starts fading in the lower your health gets
Banish now deals damage rather than instakilling, but still does not target bosses
- this prevents an AFK build that could previously last for 30+ hours at a time
- we're investigating whether or not Banish can target bosses in the future now that it doesn't instakill
Replaced the Game Summary Exit button with a Try Again button
Position of the in-game back to menu button is now more consistent per resolution
Health now correctly starts at max health when you've got base stat max health multiplier
Reduced font size for in-game pause menu stat summary/overview in order to fit all possible stat types
Reduced level up animation time from 3s -> 1s
Equipment Encyclopedia now correctly re-renders entries when toggled on
Fixed a bug where Lifetime statistics for distance moved stayed 0
