Update:

- Fonts not appearing on screen (UI) - Possible fix in experimental.
- This issue is related to culture/regional settings on Windows 11. This can be fixed in game so no changes to windows should be ever warranted. Still tracking down if still an issue. Found multiple spots where fonts data may not load properly.
