Fixed the shipyard not constructing anything issue, it was a bug I introduced last patch. ːsteamfacepalmː

Fixed the issue of shipyard finished constructed prompt one turn after you loaded a saved game.

Fixed the issue reported that wreckages was not spawned after auto resolved combat.
