The Speed Boost on Spawn from last Update made the Late Game way too punishing.

Removed Spawn Speed boost from Elite Grunts and Brutes
Brutal Difficulty "Demonic Strength" modifier lowered from +75% to 60%
Mobs used to not give each other personal space while boosted, this mechanic has been removed to avoid enemy stacking.
Lowered CC resistance of Armored Brutes from 2.33 to 2.00
Lowered CC resistance of Brutes from 1.5 to 1.0
Lowered CC resistance of Elite Grunts from 0.53846 to 0.3
