Improved several maps, improved arcade mode

This small update makes arcade mode more fun to play and fixes a broken HUD element during arcade.

Put the firinghouse closer to the goals on FractalRivers map
Fixed the average score multiplier display on the HUD so it works during arcade mode
Covered the 10xs on a couple Plinko maps so they're not disproportionately easy during arcade mode
Updated SummerMountain and MountainRange to have 1 minute in arcade instead of 2
Fixed tip text so it doens't appear during arcade mode
