//misc changes

Updated the "translation_reference.csv" file.
If you have the Full Mouse Support setting on but are currently using a gamepad then it will now temporarily disable full mouse support until you mouse click.
Lock Mouse setting: Added a border around the edge of the window (so should be a little harder to click outside).

//bug fixes

Castle Conquest: The Stage Complete menu wasn't working with full Mouse Support.
Palace Lift map: Casting the Echo of the Wilds spell would spawn Bees/Mushies in an unreachable place outside of the map (it now spawns extra Birds instead).
Crypt Hub - Meta Altar Tutorial: The final text line wasn't showing.
Deamonic Ritual meta: The level 3 lightning storm was triggering even at level 1.
