Game Preset Overhaul

• The editor for game presets has been revamped!
  
• Customize and create new cards, adjust their costs, titles and descriptions
  
• Fully customize the rarity of cards and card types
  
• Copy existing card packs and create custom ones for easy access and management
  
• Modify initial game rules
  
• Define default values for game length, action points per turn and board events
  

New Cards

• "Divine Intervention" (3 AP) -- Add a random rule to the game
  
• "Future Me is Gonna Love Me" (X AP) -- Transfer X AP from this turn to your next turn
  
• "That's a Problem for Future Me" (0 AP) -- Transfer X AP from your next turn(s) to this turn
  

Other Changes

• When cards are merged to new rules or existing rules are being changed, the new rules will now be shown for a slightly longer period of time.
