Dear friends, we continue to improve the comprehensibility of the game for players. This patch includes:

Rebalance of urbanisation growth
When hovering over "?" button in region window its statistics will be displayed
Fixed bug in property type ratios graph.
Rebalance the growth of the population in the later stages of the game
Improved botparties' behaviour when they are in a bad position
The use of provocateurs in the capital strike now has different consequences
