-Added online connectivity indicator to main screen.
-Added a connection timeout on initial load. This should prevent users that were getting hangups.
-Our backend service is not supported in all countries, so this should fix issues for users in certain countries not being able to play. You will still have full access to all the campaign levels and features, but will not have access to the Arcade mode if you cannot connect.
