Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Fixes:

* Fix for Dagda's Harp's battle sprite.
* Fix for potential duplicate unlocking of heroes (visible in the skill gem panel).
* Fix for reincarnated heroes being able to use weapons in the "Kung Fu" timeline.

Balance:

* Swordsman's Honor accessory rebalanced.
* Loot distribution returned to previous ratios.
