Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Quality of life improvements
- Added loading screens.
- Now players will be able to skip some scenes.

General optimizations
- Now the game should run smoother.

Localization
- English text corrections. (Thanks palex00 and bµg).
- Spanish text changes.
- Localization bugs fixed.

Game Modes
- Arcade mode has been renamed to "Normal".
- Inmersion mode has been renamed to "Effort".
- Reworked UI in the game mode selection menu.

Camera
- Improved cameras when running.

Others
- Fixed minor bugs.
