Changes:

The server is running. Online mode is available again.
Added Steam Cloud support for offline mode saves.
Fixed a bug due to which it was impossible to drive vehicles in offline mode.
Accelerated the process of creating all game objects when starting the room. Previously, you had to wait a very long time until all game objects were loaded.
