new (speed)run&gun-level, new enemy and some (bug)fixes

ladyfinger-rockets now have distance-correlated-sound-volume
fixed a bug where strawberry-animation started with the raspberry-sprite
fixed a bug where one would still end up pushed through the ground in some cases
some other minor bug-fixes
