Pretty Huge Update, here's the wall of text changelog:

- Redone start menu.
- Whole main menu redone, including all submenus.
- New menu sounds.
- No more cosmetics levels, just money.
- You no longer earn money from finishing levels, but enemies now drop money on death that can be picked up.
- Removed movement effects category of cosmetics, might add them back later.
- Added a new player skin.
- Small balances.
- Various bugfixes.
