Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

We're currently testing a new version of Traveler which moves a few menus into the main menu.

You can test this version if you switch the version in your steam library under Properties > Betas to plugin_test_mainmenu.

We would be happy about any feedback.
