Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

We just pushed out a small update, containing the following enhancements:

- Creating a LAN server now works correctly.
- Avatars are now displayed correctly in lobbies.
- Server name and message are now displayed correctly.
