Here's a demo of the debugging tool Valve is working on together with LunarG. Dota 2 is featured, running on the (probably) Vulkan version of Source 2.

Valve's showing off the GLAVE debugger. Open-source debugger tool for Vulkan. Check the bottom of the post for a screenshot and a demo video that were posted earlier.

Someone asked about Vulkan support for current hardware, response was that driver support depends on the pressure people put on hardware manufacturers to release them. Someone also asked about whether Vulkan will be supported on consoles as well, they didn't know about specific plans but the outlook was good.
