War Brokers v456

Added additional helicopter at Metro Airport, removed muscle car at Training Grounds in Battle Royale
In Classic mode, you have spawn protection when parachuting over your base.
In 4v4, you have 3 seconds of invulnerability when you spawn in.
Rename button to "Spawn" when you don't parachute in in Classic or 4v4.
Fix right click to spawn on WebGL.
Fixed texture corruption in Battle Royale map.
