Game I: Fix the bug of hidding UI.
The button cannot be muted. The game sound effect in the settings can control the button volume.
Game 2: Fixed the bug of unlimited skill points at the beginning.
Game 2: Fixed the bug that civilizations do not attack each other after level 100.
