12 new levels were included, from 39 to 50.

Their idea is to include new challenges with:

Increased number of cannons and Hexons in the levels
Greater diversity of cannon sum, now with random numbers
More cannons to destroy a hexon
Almost all Hexons are "connected" by the cannons, making the levels more challenging
