Alpha 10.7 includes some tweaks to animations as well as some more improvements and fixes!
I've been playing around with the animation settings to improve the look of HammerHelm's characters and monsters. The most noticeable issue was their feet sliding when they were idle or attacking. Basically any time they are standing still. You can see that here:

The new settings plant their feet much better and also improve their stance a bit. A small change, but nice improvement imo!
Improved Animation Setup
I'm going to be going through the other monster and npc animations and tweaking those as well now that I found a setting that I like.
This build also includes:
- Fixed a bug with the imbuing UI that caused the imbue to fail.
- Fixed a bug that caused the close button in the Champion's Home stone change to fail to close the UI.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Champion's Home to display the wrong stone from a distance (this was related to the LOD not being set up to accept the new texture)
- Stonemasons will now properly begin to make chimneys and fireplaces after going back to their shops.
- When crafting a chimney, the Stonemason's stone will be placed on the ground in front of them, rather than floating in the air.
- Removed a bunch of unnecessary logging that should help speed up load times when loading a large town.
