Update notes via Steam Community

Hello everyone! This update expands the game’s long-term depth with the introduction of conference realignment, giving your league room to grow and evolve over time. The update also brings a number of new features, quality-of-life improvements, bug fixes and UI refinements. Changes listed below:

Major Features:

  • Conference realignment. Conferences will now shift and evolve over time with new teams rising up the ladder. Each offseason, you’ll have the option to manually realign teams across conferences. Additionally, conferences will automatically realign based on your selected frequency (automatic realignment can also be turned off if desired). You are also able to “lock” specific conferences to prevent them from gaining or losing teams during automatic realignment (accessed through the settings menu).

  • Prestige cap system. School prestige is now capped based on the prestige level of its conference.

  • New conference prestige recruit instance. Recruits now weigh the prestige of your conference when evaluating your program.

  • Neutral site tournament games. Conference and national tournament matchups now take place at neutral locations for added realism.

  • Recruiting class rankings and the conference that the team was in for a given season have been added to team history pages.

  • Conference & National Tournament Logos. Add conference logos to your logo packs by placing PNGs in a subfolder called “Conferences”. Name each file after its respective conference (e.g., Atlantic Coast Conference.png).To customize the national tournament court logo, add a PNG named National Tournament.png inside a new subfolder named “Misc”.

Bug Fixes & Tweaks:

  • Adjusted Top 25 ranking logic again to better emphasize team quality and schedule strength; rankings are now slightly “stickier” day-to-day and factor in net rating more heavily.

  • Fixed CT labels on the dashboard schedule when teams had a bye week.

  • Redshirt players now correctly count toward class totals in the "Team Needs" popup.

  • Fixed a bug where training progression wouldn’t save when injury rate was set to 0.

  • Safety checks have been added to handle post-season job offers more reliably and prevent a save-busting bug that would occur if you were fired and received no offers.

  • Fixed a bug where advancing a week could leave a previously injured player stuck in an injured state if you were viewing the rotation chart while advancing.

  • Fixed the school page schedule not updating when advancing weeks.

  • Various small UI/navigation improvements and polish.
