Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

This should be- very close to the final demo build.

FYI
There is still an issue where on some computers, the photos/video in the top left corner will not render. I have no clue why this is, and am not entirely sure how to fix it yet. If you encounter this issue, please send contact me so I can continue to try to fix this.
