Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Level changes

Dusty Bones - updated layout.
Lunar Adaptation - Improved boss mechanic, updated layout.

Controls

z and / can be used for jumping. Also equivalent keys on other keyboard language variants.

Bugfix

Improved streaming, loading and caching. Not fully done yet.
New motion-aware collision detection is being tested.
