Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

1. Fixed dialogue in Ep3 where a option in shopping sequence where "99%" text would crash renpy.
2. Fixed transition in Ep3 where the "fade" started with a uppercase (Ex-Fade).
