Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Partial* Controller Support added

Fixes/Balancing

Gold Farms now generate gold at the end of a wave rather than every 5 seconds.
Heal Surge now upgrades properly.
Difficulty balancing for Hard mode.

*We couldn't get full controller support working at this time, but you can at least move the character with a controller.
