Bugfixes:

Arcade Rebuy-in price for Coiner/Casino corrected

Changes:

Buy-in screen: Browsing levels with controller shoulder buttons
Colored icons for specials where applicable
Changed camera positions on some of the machines for a better default view
Improved the visibility of the Jackpot spin counter Wheels 'n Fortunes.
