Hotfix: fixed an issue that prevented NPC dialog triggering too far away from the player and hats not appearing after exiting a vehicle

New mission type: Trailers! The “Joop” Cherokee has been fitted with a trailer hitch and can tow junk camper trailers to Gamblertown for a reward. Tip: don’t ram into the trailer when hitching it up :)

Weather: random weather changes will happen over time. Rain, clouds, and sunshine will change at random intervals.

UI update: early starter vehicles have instructions for starting the engine upon entering, and the “Joop” has instructions for attaching the trailer when close enough to tow it.

Sasquatch has been spotted!

Vehicle Gamepad control update from earlier:
Right trigger = gas
left trigger = brake
Right bumper = fire vehicle weapon (if available)
Left bumper = Handbrake
[color=green]A[/color] = start engine
[color=red]B[/color] = enter / exit vehicle

Player Gamepad control update:
[color=blue]X[/color] = use equipped item (bandage)

Vehicles update: Vehicles now spawn with engine off. Press F or Gamepad [color=green]A[/color] to start engine. Vehicles will now move more smoothly and resist flipping over. Vehicles start with engines off to save cpu resources calculating physics
