Ahoy, Seaorama Captains! ⚓️

We’re thrilled to announce that Update 2.1.0 for Seaorama: World of Shipping is now live! This update introduces the highly anticipated Ranked Mode along with other important enhancements and fixes. Here's what's new:

🏆 Ranked Mode (BETA)

Challenge yourself with our new Ranked Mode! Play solo at an extra hard difficulty and gather as many Ranking points as possible. Each player starts from the same baseline, but how you continue is up to you. Be the best among all the other players at the end of a 60-day season and see your name at the top! Each run can last up to 50 in-game years, and you can try it as many times as you want within a season. The competition just got interesting!

• Leaderboard: A new leaderboard has been added specifically for Ranked Mode, so you can track your progress and compare it with others.

🔧 Enhancements and Fixes

• Insurance: Pay insurance for your ships every year. Insurance costs have also been added as a metric in Finance & Accounts.

• Build Ship Prices: Adjusted the prices of new ships for more variance, adding depth to your purchasing decisions.

• Automation Fixes: Corrected instances where the automation function for the engine and the hull of the ship was not being used correctly.

• Path Line Fixes: Fixed issues with creating incorrect path lines when adding fuel stops.

• Hull Repair Bug: Resolved the bug where the hull was only being repaired up to 99%.

• Queue Addition Bug: Fixed the bug where adding to the queue was adding multiple instances of the trip to the list.

• Automation Information: Added information texts in the Automation window to provide clearer guidance.
