Fixed crash when migrating demo save data on Windows
Demo save data migration now unlocks the first scene of Chapter 2 if the demo was completed
Fixed crash when mashing buttons during intro sequence and scene select

Fixed jittering/motion blur on >60Hz displays when Mark is walking
Fixed rhythm minigames (Mania-like, Videoke) dropping inputs
Improved whack-a-mole minigame hitbox
Fixed some English dialogue typos
