Added nav mesh bounds to the Bytesville lake to stop Bill becoming a submariner
Raised some below waterline terrain near the cave (causes splash sounds)
Turned off house edge climbing in Bitsville as it could push you inside the house mesh
Removed some floating containers from Bitsville
