Fixed some stuff from the first day of release:
-Fixed a bug where changing your resolution settings would cause the mouse cursor to disappear and make it difficult to back out of the menu.
-Fixed an oversight where runs would never upload to the leaderboard if they didn't beat your local record. This caused issues when doing runs in "Original Progression", because those times are usually worse than "Any Powers" runs. It now checks after map completion every time to see if a leaderboard score should be updated.
-Fixed a bug where when you change your controls in-game, the tutorial objects in the level would not reflect the changes in your button inputs.
-Removed a debug command accidentally left in to unlock every level.
