Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

This patch also includes some small bug fixes that were reported by the community. Thank you to those who have shared their thoughts and feedback!

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where you would use your movement skill after you finished speaking with an NPC in Controller mode.
Patched some possible bugs based around the UI and Alt+Tabbing out of the game on certain setups.
Fixed an issue where the Stat Level Up buttons could appear on the Pause Menu.
