Fixed custom objects from not loading.

Controls Menu:

Added "Keyboard Layout" to select QWERTY or AZERTY style controls.
"Emote Wheel" input can be changed.

Miscellaneous:

Updated SteamVR key bindings.
On first play with VR, the quality is set to "VR (Balanced)".
Small UI adjustments.
