I haven't seen any announcement telling that there were now going to be some stats about SteamDB and Steam on the home page of the site. So I'm not 100% sure it's intentional but I'll give my feedback, just to be sure.
I think it kind of gets in the way of what's important (for me) on SteamDB, which is the app history. Before, you didn't have to scroll that far down to access it; but now, there are two screens of height difference (on my computer, at least). I find that annoying, especially since I'm not that interested in seeing the stats every time I go on the website (a lot of times). So I thought I'd try the long history and maybe bookmark that page instead, but no, the stats are still present at the same place, so it's not any more useful.
So my suggestions are either:
P.S. By the way, I spotted a typo on the home page, it says "if your question is not listed feel free to make a thread on our forums." :P
Edit: Oops, I meant to put it in the Suggestions & Feedback sub-forum but I apparently wasn't in the right place. If you could move it over there, that would be great!
I can probably add a hash like #apphistory, so it would jump directly to that if you update your bookmark url to include that.
I've added that hash, if you hover on short app history, it will show a clickable anchor.
Wow, that was a fast reply and fix, awesome! I'm perfectly happy with it now. Thank you very much!
