I'm trying to call about 4,000 of these links (each for different items):
Currently it takes about 2 hours to loop through the list of items and save the data into my database. I have a loop, which goes through each link for a list of about 4,000 items, it decodes the JSON, then saves the elements of the JSON into a database. I want to know if steam allows batch requests, and if so, how would I use them to call on this multiple times in one request?
I don't believe it does for that endpoint. And be careful, you're liable to get yourself banned by hitting that non-official endpoint too frequently.
By banned, do you mean my steam account, or IP? Do you know of another way to get similar information (eg. prices) which would be less risky and be more efficient?
