We plan to move the IP addresses behind the api.steampowered.com DNS name to new addresses on or around May 1.
This should only be a problem for you if you use the IP address directly, instead of the name. If you are making requests by IP, please switch to the DNS name instead.
If you are making web API requests from a network that firewalls outgoing requests, and your firewall has its "allow list" defined by IP instead of name, then you will need to reconfigure your firewall to add the new addresses to the allow list by May 1. (This would also be a good time to see if your firewall supports named-based policies instead of address-based ones.)
